You can now ride e-scooters in Qatar with the Middle East’s leading e-scooter operator Fenix. This essentially means you can now ride with the wind in all of the above areas and look reasonably cool while doing it.

What’s cool about Fenix is its outstanding features including large wheels, great suspension, the industry’s best braking system and long battery life with batteries that can be swappable on-site, contributing to reducing carbon emissions.

Every Fenix ride is insured, with personal accident, third-party liability, and product liability insurance.

Fenix has also introduced the world’s first micromobility vehicle with an integrated hand sanitization pack, giving the rider full control and comfort for a sanitized, COVID-free experience. In addition, all vehicles undergo a deep sanitization while being recharged, before being re-deployed in the city.

The Fenix service offers visitors and residents the opportunity to experience their pioneering e-scooters through the user-friendly Fenix mobile application where they can easily ‘unlock’ the e-scooters and manage their rides. Fenix provides clear in-app safety instructions and local guidelines on how to use the vehicles legally and responsibly.

The App is available in both English and Arabic languages, and allows users to unlock, pay and ride with a base fare of QAR 3 to unlock the e-scooter followed by QAR 1 per minute of use. Offering a greater inclusive transportation option in Qatar, frequent users can sign up for value saving monthly packages with up to 70% off. The Fenix app includes safety instructions, navigational tips, guidelines, online and safe payment options, tutorials and more.
